How often do I change the filter?
About every 3 to 6 weeks. When the white cartridge turns brown, twist in a fresh one. The 12-pack is about a year of refills.
Does it remove chlorine or soften hard water?
No. The cotton filter catches rust, sediment, and grit. It is not a chlorine filter and it is not a water softener.
Will it fit my shower?
It fits standard US shower arms, which covers almost every home.
Will the holder stay on the wall?
It sticks best on smooth tile or glass. Clean and dry the spot, then wait 24 hours before hanging the head.
Does the spray feel stronger?
The smaller holes speed the water up, so most showers feel stronger. If you don't love it, email us within 60 days for a refund.
What is included?
The Shower Head Kit includes the head, 1 filter, a 1.5 m hose, a no-drill holder, and washers. The 12 Replacement Filters option is refills only.
